Applus+ Laboratories and Applus+ IDIADA take part in round table on automotive cybersecurity in Madrid

Experts from both divisions are panellists at a round-table discussion on the cybersecurity and data-protection challenges faced by the automotive and mobility sector.

    This year’s forum will focus on the following four aspects of cybersecurity and mobility: legal aspects (privacy and regulation); certification and good practice; threats and awareness raising; and IoT security.
    Two Applus+ experts, both specialists in this field, are to take part in a round table on cybersecurity and data protection: Abel Carbonell, Head of Electronics & CAV at Applus+ IDIADA, and David Hernández, Head of I+D in Applus+ Laboratories’ IT Labs department.
    Applus+ Laboratories is the Applus+ Group division specialising in product testing and certification. In terms of cybersecurity, the Division boasts benchmark laboratories for the security evaluation of embedded systems, ranging from chips to IoT solutions.
