Applus+ Laboratories is now accredited EUCC ITSEF!

02/07/2024

Applus+ Laboratories has become one of the first ITSEF to be accredited with the new EUCC regulation in scope with CSA levels “Substantial” and “High”!

This great milestone aligns with the EUCC Implementing Act, which came into force on February 27th, 2024. After 12 months of the entry into force, all current national cybersecurity certification schemes will cease to be effective being obligatory to start a certification under the NCCAs and according to EUCC scheme rules.

Therefore, Applus+ Laboratories once again is part of leading the way in European regulations concerning Common Criteria methodology and emerging cybersecurity schemes.

What does this mean for our clients at Applus+ Laboratories?

For our clients, obtaining EUCC certification positions them at the highest standards of cybersecurity for ICT products using the Common Criteria methodology under the rules of European regulation and schemes providing:

    • greater trust,
    • regulatory and cybersecurity compliance, and
    • faster market access and competitiveness.

The EUCC certification acts as a seal of quality, demonstrating that a product has undergone thorough evaluation and meets the high-security standards established by the EU. This helps stakeholders make informed decisions and bolsters the security and robustness of Europe's digital infrastructure.

Now that Applus+ Laboratories is to be accredited with EUCC, you can start your EUCC project with us.
