With this new app, Applus+ demonstrates its continued commitment to enhancing its customer service
Sending equipment away for calibration can impact negatively on a company’s productivity as it is compelled to cope without this equipment for a period of time. With this in mind, Applus+ has launched a new online app that enables its clients to keep track of the status of their equipment during
calibration. In this way, businesses have access to more detailed information on the calibration process and can thus more accurately predict the date on which the equipment will once again be available for use.
With this new tool, Applus+ continues to enhance the service it provides to its customers. Other related services that we offer include equipment collection and delivery; the Metrogestiona app, which provides access to a full calibration history and enables the downloading of all company certifications issued by Applus+; and the Metrosign app for checking the validity of calibration certificates with electronic signatures.
Applus+ also offers a range of premium services such as MetroGes, a specialist online calibration-management software package, which was specially conceived for companies with a large pool of measuring equipment. This tool facilitates the management of a company’s complete calibration programme, covering all equipment and calibrations regardless of the service provider. Furthermore, MetroGes integrates the functionality of the Metrogestiona app, automatically updating all information related to Applus+ calibrations and incorporating this information into the equipment-management software.
