Applus+ wins 2017 Visa Excellence award

    Payment scheme recognizes excellence in Applus+ service and technical contributions
    Applus+ Laboratories has received the 2017 Visa Excellence Award, recognizing our Shanghai IT laboratory as the best devices laboratory accredited by Visa in the 2016-2017 period. Visa representatives presented the award on June 9, at the annual Visa Vendor Forum in San Francisco, which brings together clients, test tool providers and all the laboratories accredited by Visa.
    Excellence, knowledge and integrity
    The award is the culmination of a year of important work at Applus+, built on high service quality levels and rigorous internal processes. With it, Visa has recognized the excellence in specifications, testing and the certification process which Applus+ has demonstrated during the production of its reports. Also underlined was the high level of integrity and transparency Applus+ has shown to its clients and to Visa.
    Technical contributions
    Visa also highlighted our experts' technical contributions over the last year. Applus+ has worked together with Visa in multiple technical fields such as identifying potential causes of damage in card decks and the debugging and validation stages for the new test tool for terminal payment applications using the latest VCPS 2.2 specification.
